WhatsApp Commerce: How 12Bot Turns Chats Into Orders for Pakistani Sellers

Most Pakistani sellers already take orders on WhatsApp manually. 12Bot automates the flow — catalog, ordering, abandoned cart recovery, status updates.

---

What manual WhatsApp selling costs you

• Leads go cold because nobody replied fast enough.
• Orders get lost in scrolling, with no structured record of what was ordered.
• Customers who started an order and never confirmed simply disappear.
• Status updates depend on someone remembering to send them.

What 12Bot automates

Customers browse a catalog and place structured, trackable orders directly inside the chat. If an order is started but not finished, 12Bot follows up automatically to recover the sale. Confirmation, dispatch, and delivery updates go out without manual effort, and every order ties back to a single customer profile.

Proven with real Pakistani businesses

Student Biryani is running 12Bot in production today for campaign management, contact handling, and lead tracking. Kaacib is another active client currently integrating payment collection directly into the flow. These are live businesses on live order volume, not a pilot.

Where this goes next

Order automation on WhatsApp works well on its own, but pairs naturally with a proper 12Commerce storefront for businesses that also need discovery beyond their existing contact list — a complete setup rather than a single channel.

Pricing

PKR 50,000 for simple order flows, PKR 150,000 for advanced multi-module setups including payment integration.
