The AI Receptionist Every Small Business in Pakistan Needs

12Bot's AI Chatbot and Lead Gen modules answer questions and capture leads on WhatsApp 24/7 — without the cost of a full-time hire.

The problem isn't your team — it's response time

Leads on WhatsApp don't wait. A customer asking about pricing at 9 PM who gets no answer until the next morning has usually already messaged a competitor. This holds across almost every SMB category — real estate, education, fitness, beauty, home services.

What 12Bot automates

• 24/7 AI-driven answers to common questions — pricing, availability, process.
• Lead capture and qualification, flagging which leads are sales-ready.
• Human handoff for complex conversations, routed into a live agent inbox.

Where this applies

• Real estate: instant inquiry capture and budget/location qualification.
• Education consultants: repetitive program and deadline questions handled without tying up a counselor.
• Salons and gyms: after-hours booking and membership questions answered.
• Any local SMB: a WhatsApp number that works as a 24/7 front line.

The economics

A full-time receptionist costs a fixed monthly salary regardless of lead volume. 12Bot's Lead Gen and AI Chatbot modules cost a one-time setup and scale with message volume, not headcount.
