12Bot for Education Consultants and Institutes: Automating Admissions Inquiries

Education consultancies lose applicants to slow response times. 12Bot handles inquiry answering, lead qualification, and counseling session booking on WhatsApp.

The admissions inquiry bottleneck

Education consultants and institutes get a high volume of repetitive WhatsApp inquiries during admission cycles — program details, deadlines, fee structures, eligibility. Counselors end up spending most of their time answering the same questions instead of actually counseling qualified applicants.

What 12Bot automates

• Instant answers to program, deadline, and fee questions, 24/7.
• Lead qualification — capturing academic background and program interest before a counselor gets involved.
• Direct booking of counseling sessions through WhatsApp, synced to counselor availability.
• Handoff to a human counselor for applicants ready for a real conversation.

Why this matters most during admission season

Inquiry volume spikes sharply around application deadlines — exactly when manual response times slip the most. Automating the repetitive layer means the spike doesn't translate into lost applicants, and counselors' time goes to applicants who are actually ready to enroll.
